Mr. Robertsonasked the Prime Minister if the statement made by the right hon. Member for Kinross and West Perthshire on 21 April 1964, Official Report, column 1098, regarding the use of civil plutonium in the United Kingdom and the use by the United States Government of civil plutonium received from the United Kingdom, still represents the policy of Her Majesty's Government.
