HC Deb 04 February 1985 vol 72 c420W
Mr. Parry

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the representations he has received concerning the recent pollution of north-west water supplies.

Mr. Macfarlane

I told the hon. Member on 14 January 1985 at columns4–5 that no pollutants had entered the North-West water authority's water supplies recently as a result of pollution in the River Dee catchment. That remains the case. I have received representations on the river pollution incidents from one local authority and one private individual.
