§ Mr. Frank Fieldasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will arrange for the design and distribution to local authorities of a poster advertising housing benefit.
§ Mr. WhitneyA poster advertising a leaflet "Who Pays Less Rent and Rates?" was distributed in March 1983 to all local authorities. In addition, local authorities receive subsidy for their expenses for operating the housing benefit scheme including the costs for publicity.
