Mr. John M. Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will make a statement regarding the progress of the working of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
§ Mr. HurdThe Assembly continues diligently to carry out its consultative functions. We now want to see it produce proposals for devolution which would be likely to command widespread acceptance throughout the community.
