§ Mr. Peter BottomleyI am asking the Health and Safety Commission to assess the implications of the report in respect of its responsibilities. I am satisfied that in general the Health and Safety Executive and the Wages Inspectorate have adequate powers and enforce the law where breaches come to their attention.
