§ Mr. Butcher[pursuant to the reply, 30 January 1985, c. 216]: My hon. Friend the Minister for Information Technology announced on 29 January 1985 that a British National Space Centre is to be set up to improve the development of space technology in the United Kingdom and to co-ordinate space policy more effectively.
