§ Mr. Viggersasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list the clinics which operate breast screening for cancer in women within the National Health Service and state the number of patients screened in the last year.
§ Mr. HayhoeSince there is currently no national breast cancer screening programme, this information is not collected centrally. The Government have established an expert working group to consider the information now available on breast cancer screening by mammography and to advise them on whether there should be a change in policy on this subject.
