§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithI have not made any technology agreements with overseas companies engaged in oil development on the United Kingdom continental shelf, nor do I have any plans to do so. I am encouraging the anchoring in the United Kingdom of new technology developed for the UKCS, but the means which may be used are for the commercial parties involved.
