§ Mr. RidleyIf the town clerk of Manchester city council is willing to make a copy of his letter of 9 December available to the right hon. Gentleman, I would have no objection to him also making available my Department's letters of 19 November and 16 December, the last of which replies to the town clerk's letter of 9 December.
