§ 100. Mr. Hardyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what information he has submitted to the European Court of Human Rights on trade union membership of employees at the Government Communications Headquarters.
§ Mr. RentonThe European Commission of Human Rights has asked for our observations on the admissibility of the application by the Council of Civil Service Unions and others, concerning the revised terms and conditions of service at Government communications headquarters. These will be submitted in due course.
