Member for Thurrock (Dr. McDonald), I gave the numbers of dwellings then known104W to have been repurchased under the Housing Defects Act. Seventythree local authorities in England have now reported that a total of 541 dwellings were purchased during the first half of the current financial year. I regret that information on the number of repurchases specifically under section 3(5) of the Act is not currently available.
