§ Mr. WaldenThe higher education Green Paper was discussed at a meeting of the National Economic Development Council on 5 November. My right hon. Friend and representatives of the CBI were present. The CBI is also planning to give my right hon. Friend a faunal response to the Green Paper shortly.
