§ Sir Russell Johnstonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects to respond to the recommendation by the Select Committee on Scottish Affairs on 27 March that the tourism function of the Highlands and Islands Development Board should be transferred to the Scottish Tourist Board.
