§ Mr. LeeComprehensive medical records are maintained for all nuclear submariners throughout their96W service career. In addition the defence radiological protection service maintains permanent radiation dose records for nuclear submariners whose jobs involves potential exposure to radioactivity, such as those working on the reactors of Polaris submarines. These radiation dose records are forwarded to the national registry for radiation workers run by the national radiological protection board.
