§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what estimate he has as to how many young persons under the age of 16 years were detained in the penal system in Scotland at the latest date for which figures are conveniently available.
§ Mr. John MacKayOn 12 December 1985, seven persons under the age of 16 years were held in Scottish prisons.
