asked Her Majesty's Government:

  1. (i) What is the name of the management consultants advising the North East Thames Health Authority on the reorganisation of the health services in their region;
  2. (ii) what was their previous experience of advising on health service organisation and where it was gained;
  3. (iii) what fee was paid to the consultants for their services;
  4. (iv) what will be the estimated savings resulting from the implementation of their proposals.
