§ The Solicitor-GeneralI refer the hon. Member to the answer given by my right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General to the hon. Member for Workington (Mr. Campbell-Savours) on 28 October 1985 at column 297 in which he outlined the general policy of the director in deciding whether to take over private prosecutions. He has no differing policy as regards fraud cases. I understand that the hon. Member has in mind a particular case and, if he provides me with the details of that case, I shall write to him.
