(2) what representations he has received about the exclusion of schoolchildren on work experience placements from the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Chris PattenNone. We are, however, currently reviewing the legal, health and safety aspects of work experience for young people, taking account of requests from a number of LEAs for further guidance in this area.
