§ Mr. Ron Daviesasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when he proposes to announce the savings in programmes within his responsibility referred to in his statement on 28 November.
§ Mr. Jopling[pursuant to his reply, 4 December 1985, c. 269.]A contribution of £1 million is to be made from the programmes for which I am responsible. The cash limit for Class III, Vote 4 (Other Agricultural and Food Services and Support from the Fishing Industry) is being reduced by £650,000 from £145,333,000 to £144,683,000 and extra receipts of £350,000 arising from increased sales of land on that Vote will be surrendered to the Consolidated Fund. Separate announcements are being made about the remaining contribution of £4.3 million which is being found by my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Scotland, for Wales and for Northern Ireland.
