§ Mr. NeedhamA planning application for an extension to an existing quarry, which lies adjacent to Navan Fort, generated widespread interest and a substantial number of representations were received relating to the implications for the archaeological heritage of the site. The Planning Appeals Commission has held a public inquiry to consider the application and is expected to report early in the new year.
