§ Mr. Tracey27 grounds in the Football League and the Scottish Football League now have closed circuit television systems. This represents 21 per cent. of the total number of grounds in the two leagues. The aim of the football authorities is to have CCTV at all clubs in divisions 1 and 2 in England and the premier division in Scotland as quickly as possible.
