§ Mr. Michael Spicer[pursuant to the reply, 10 December 1985]: The Civil Aviation Authority has informed me that it has not yet reached a conclusion about the use of offshore diversions for helicopters. An analysis of the total risk involved in the use of offshore diversions is being undertaken and should be complete early in 1986.
