Member for Cynon Valley (Mrs. Clwyd) of 11 November, Official Report, column 61, he will publish in the Official Report the details of the European Communities ministerial declaration of 20 November 1984; and for each country in the European Community what is the total amount of plutonium transferred from the United Kingdom for civil end use.

I am arranging for a copy of the declaration of 20 November 1984, together with an informal translation, to be placed in the Library.
