Member that that immigrant should be released from detention whilst the Minister considers the evidence relating to that immigrant's case.
§ Mr. WaddingtonThe criteria employed are those set out in the reply I gave to a question from the hon. Member for Walthamstow (Mr. Deakins) on 9 December. When representations are made against continued detention the case is reviewed at the level of immigration inspector.
