§ Sir George YoungThe total housing investment programme allocations for local authorities in North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and Humberside for the years 1979–80 to 1985–86 are as follows. Since 1981–82 local authorities have been able to add to their spending power by drawing on the prescribed proportion of their housing capital receipts.
