§ Mr. WhitneyA grant totalling £79,706 over three years has been approved under the Department's drugs initiative for a Druglink—West Herts project to develop a community support programme under which volunteers will be recruited and trained to provide an advisory and education service for professionals and for drug misusers and their families.
