§ Mr. Hancockasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) if he has received any applications from Marples International Limited for a licence to dump at sea toxic waste, including asbestos, cadmium and mercury, from the Glory Hole, Portsmouth;
(2) if Marples International appealed against the last decision not to allow dumping of toxic waste at sea.
