§ Mr. WaddingtonMr. Kaukungua was appointed as the London and Western European representative of the South West Africa People's Organisation in 1976. In November of that year he was admitted to the United Kingdom for 12 months on condition that he took no employment other than with the organisation and he has since been granted further leave to remain on that condition.
