§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for Transport if, pursuant to his answer of 27 November, 388W Official Report, column 565, concerning the docklands light railway, he will state the conditions he proposes to impose on any private owner or operator in respect of fare levels and structure, ticketing arrangements and their compatibility with comparable arrangements of London Regional Transport and British Rail.
§ Mr. David MitchellThese matters are now under consideration. It would not be appropriate to deal with them by imposing conditions on the new owner but they might be the subject of an agreement between the owner and London Regional Transport.
