§ Mrs. ChalkerI am reviewing the content and duration of the public service vehicle test, but at present I have no plans to introduce an element of motorway driving into the test for coach drivers. The priority must be to ensure that 389W coaches comply with the speed limit on motorways and, as I informed the House on 15 November, we are proceeding with plans to introduce speed governors accordingly.
