§ Mr. RidleyA study of options for the release of the Perry Oaks sewage disposal site to Heathrow airport has been commissioned jointly by the British Airports Authority and the Thames water authority. It will be for these bodies to decide whether to publish the report, but in any event I expect them to make the findings public and shall make an announcement at the time.
