§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he has any plans to increase the present level of allowances for university students who are married to take into account requirements for dependent families or relatives.
§ Mr. WaldenThe allowances for students' dependants are increased each year to reflect the change in social security benefit rates to which they are directly related.
