§ Mr. D. E. Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Defence (1) if he will list those groups of ports in the United Kingdom for which there exist contingency plans analogous to the one contained in BARPLAN for Barry, Cardiff and Newport;
(2) whether the BARPLAN document takes into account the transition-to-war measures contained in the 1983 United States-United Kingdom lines of communication agreement;
(3) if he will describe the status of the BARPLAN document sent to certain officers working for South Glamorgan and Gwent county councils by the Royal Navy Flag Officer, Plymouth.
