§ Mr. WaddingtonThe Government already require their contractors not to discriminate unlawfully within the 165W meaning of the provisions of the Race Relations Act 1976 relating to employment and to take all reasonable steps to ensure that their servants, employees, agents and sub-contractors do not do so.
