asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they are now in a position to reply to the report of the Select Committee on Overseas Trade made on 30th July and whether they will issue a formal command paper.

The Government have today arranged to place their written reply to the Select Committee's report in the Library of the House and will issue the text in the form of a command paper in due course. The House will have an opportunity to debate the report tomorrow.
