§ Mr. WhitneyFollowing a Rayner scrutiny on recruitment advertising in the National Health Service the Department issued guidelines in health circular (85)12 to health authorities in England. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales issued similar guidelines to Welsh health authorities in WHC(85)11. A copy of the guidelines is in the Library.
