§ Mr. Dobsonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will give for each health district the revenue and capital expenditure in each year since 1974, expressing the figures (a) in money terms, (b) adjusted by the gross domestic product deflator and (c) adjusted by the movement of National Health Service pay and prices.
