§ Mr. WhitneyThe Health Education Council leaflet "Warmth in Winter", which offers practical advice on keeping warm, is available again this winter through local health education units and Age Concern branches. Further information and training materials for those in contact with elderly people are being developed under the Health Education Council's project, "Your Right to be Warm". These will be available in time for next winter.
