§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) which local authorities have applied for grant aid for the purpose of establishing, equipping or maintaining emergency centres, pursuant to regulation 4(1)(a) of the Civil Defence (General Local Authority Functions) Regulations 1983, since 11 July;
(2) which local authorities have applied for grant aid for the purpose of establishing, equipping or maintaining emergency centres, pursuant to regulation 5(1)(c) of the Civil Defence (General Local Authority Function) Regulations 1983 since 11 July.
§ Mr. Giles ShawListed below are those county councils and district councils which have applied for grant aid under regulations 4(1)(b) and 5(1)(c) respectively of the Civil Defence (General Local Authority Functions) Regulations 1983 since 11 July to establish, equip or maintain emergency centres.
