§ Mr. Silvesterasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will list each local authority in England indicating the amount of rate support grant per head for 1985–86;
(2) if he will list each local authority in England according to the percentage of the national rate support grant that was allocated to it for each year since 1979.
