§ Mr. ButlerNo private capital has been introduced during the year into any organisation which is the responsibility of my Department. However, the royal ordnance factories were established as a public limited company from the beginning of this year and privatisation is planned to take place in due course; the options for the royal dockyards at Devonport and Rosyth are still under consideration, as was announced in the House on 17 April.
