§ Lord SkelmersdaleFigures on rent arrears have been published by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) for the years 1971–72 to 1977–78 inHousing Statistics Part 2 and from 1978–79 to 1982–83 in Housing Revenue Account Statistics (Actuals). These publications are available through the Library.
Rent arrears at 31st March 1984 in Greater London and the metropolitan counties were as follows:—
