§ Mrs. FennerA requirement for all cattle stunning boxes to contain head restraining devices is one of the recommendations made by the Farm Animal Welfare Council in its report on the welfare of livestock (red meat animals) at the time of slaughter. The Government are considering the council's recommendations.
