§ Lord SkelmersdaleConsultations between the Department of Energy and the Department of the Environment on the environmental effects of gravel extraction are at present confined to the work of the inter-departmental committee which is considering the use of waste materials in highways schemes. I refer to the answer I have given in response to a similar question from the noble Lord.
