Mr. Kilroy-Silk

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many prisoners segregated under rule 43 at Leeds prison are currently sharing cells; and how many cells are involved;

(2) in what way are facilities for work, education, recreation and association more limited for segregated prisoners at Leeds prison than for other prisoners;

(3) if segregated prisoners have now been allocated a separate area at Birmingham prison;

(4) whether all young offenders segregated under rule 43 at Birmingham prison now have access to the prison's education facilities.
