What action they propose to take following the comments of the St. Pancras Coroner on the circumstances surrounding the death of Nicola Fellows, aged 18 months.

The Social Services Inspectorate of the Department of Health and Social Security is engaged in discussions with the Social Services Department of the London Borough of Islington with a view to examining the implications for the protection of children which arise from this case.
