§ Mr. HayhoeThe investigation division investigates offences relating to matters assigned to the Commissioners of Customs and Excise including the evasion of import and export licensing controls, the smuggling of drugs and other prohibited and dutiable goods, the evasion of revenue and frauds involving value added tax and common agricultural policy levies.
