§ Mr. Giles ShawI know that the broadcasting authorities are aware of the problems that may be caused to viewers, particularly the hard of hearing, by background noise. If, however, the right hon. Member has particular instances in mind, I am sure that it would be useful if he were to notify the broadcasting authorities with a view to their bringing the matter to the attention of the producers concerned.
