§ Mr. Bowen Wellsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many tons of cereals under the plan approved at the Dublin summit of European Economic Community Ministers have been delivered to the following countries: Sudan, Ethiopia, Chad, Mali and Burkina Faso in the months of February and March; and how much is estimated to be delivered in April, May and June.
§ Mr. Lucehe day-to-day management of the European Community's food aid programme is the responsibility of the European Commission. The Dublin plan also included commitments by member states of the Community.
