§ Mr. Gouldasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what consultations he has had with major shareholders of a new company named Exfinco; and what relationship this new company will have with the Export Credits Guarantee Department.
§ Mr. ChannonOfficials of the Export Credits Guarantee Department are aware of the setting up of this company, which will be entitled to insure export business with the Department subject to the same criteria as apply to other companies. It has been the practice of successive Administrations not to make public details of ECGD's relationships with individual exporters.
